Are you a passionate person with a knack for problem-solving and a love for the beauty industry? We're seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator who embodies integrity, great ethics, and a desire to grow with our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage client interactions
- Handle front desk duties: checking clients in/out and managing appointments
- Monitor and adjust staff schedules, including hours management
- Create and update standard operating procedures
- Open and close the salon, assign cleaning duties, and manage inventory
- Engage clients through social media
**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience with a team of 6 or more
- Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency
- Experience in social media management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work within a team
- Enthusiasm for continuous growth and learning
